Kids HQ is looking to hire Maintenance In charge for its Play Area based in Ras al Khaima UAE
Position: Maintenance In charge
Salary: AED 2,500/-
Qualification: Diploma in Maintenance / Bachelors
Experience: 2-3 years in maintenance, repair, or construction
:
Perform regular inspections of the play area to identify any damages, hazards, or maintenance needs.
Repair, replace, or refurbish play equipment as needed, including slides, swings, climbing structures, and safety surfaces.
Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed during repairs and maintenance activities.
Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating hinges, tightening bolts, and replacing worn-out parts.
Keep records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs performed.
Communicate with management regarding any significant repairs or safety concerns that require attention.
Assist in the setup and dismantling of play structures for special events or seasonal changes.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall cleanliness and functionality of the play area.
