Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
Maintenance,repair and overall operational integrity of a high rise building
Ensure the building infrastructure,systems and equipments are in optimal working condition
Preventive maintenance ,repair and system upgrades to ensure the safety and comfort of the buildings occupants
Scheduling the annual maintenance and service of machines and equipments
Attending the complaints receiving from occupants.
Diagnosis and repair Civil,mechanical,Electrical & plumbing issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities ,repairs and inspections
Prepare report on maintenance activities.
Ensure building system comply with local regulations.
Job Requirement
5 Years UAE Experience is Must (Maintenances in High rise Building).
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical or Equalent.
