Job TitleMaintenance EngineerBusinessEmirates GasJob PurposeReporting to Maintenance & Technical Services Manager, the M & TSE is responsible for maintenance and augmentation of Facilities, equipment, vehicle and tanks at all company locations and customer sites for both streams of LPG and CNG. The position also is responsible for other technical services requirements of developing product specification and inspection requirements.Principal AccountabilitiesA. Maintenance LPG Stream l. Conducts failures analysis for repetitive break downs to determine and develops preventive solutions by applying Engineering Principles & practices. 2.Plans, supervises and monitors scheduled preventive maintenance of tanks, vehicles, piping and equipment including safety equipment are carried out at all company locations as well as customer premises. 3.Develops Reliability Based Inspection Plans and conducts inspection and periodic re-qualification of all mobile and stationary pressure vessels. 4.Liaise with suppliers/ fabricators/ mechanic workshops/Customers & Supervises service jobs carried out by third patties on vehicles, equipment, etc at all locations including customer sites. 5.Develop and Maintain all documentation (related to equipment maintenance) as per IMS requirement 6.Carries out modifications/improvements in production lines and conduct trial runs for new systems etc. 7.Provides technical specifications for maintenance spares. 8.High order troubleshoot and break down maintenance on e ui ment 9.Collects and Analyses plant breakdown data to calculate and report monthly Reliability Index. 10.Statistical analysis of equipment performance data and improvement recommendations. Report equipment MTBF data and other key reliability performance indicators on monthly basis, compare against Bench Mark 11.1mplement Predictive maintenance Programs as per maintenance strategy. 12.1mparts relevant on the job training to the maintenance crew on maintenance of equipment and filling operators on handling & operating of equipment. 13. Originates Management Of Change (MOC),Method Statements (MS) ,drafts procedure of equipment operations etcAdditional Principal AccountabilitiesCNG Stream l. Plan and monitor maintenance of CNG Mother Station, Daughter Stations and Mobile dispensing units. 2. Trouble shoots and analyse break down of High pressure CNG system. B Technical Services l . Carry out detailed technical analysis based on inputs from EMGAS operations and EHS for modification and up gradation on the basis of which basic design calculation and specification are set for tendering purpose of various projects. 2.Develops estimate, Initiates Expenditure requirements ,Monitors & Supervises execution and implementation of CAPEX works 3.Carry out technical Evaluations of Bids and proposals and initiate System PR. 4.Analyze feed stock specification and initiate changes in product specification to meet Customer requirement 5.Carry out Risk analysis of EMGAS maintenance related activities and implement proposals to mitigate risks. 6.Execute Energy and Resource Conservation projects along with development of approved monitoring mechanism. 7.Implement LEAN and other Organizational Excellence initiatives 8.Customer technical services like Conducting PDI, Supervise New Customer Commissioning, and LPG Ocean Tanker Coolant operations etc. 9.Verification of LPG installations to ascertain compliance to NFPA 58 NFPA 54 and Dubai CD NormsExperiencel . A Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Mechanical /Chemical [Electrical) from a reputed institute minimum 10 years of Oil industry experience in maintenance of which a minimum 5 years\' experience in Maintenance and Engineering activities in an LPG bottling plant. 2.Working knowledge of computers, pneumatic circuitry in LPG industry specifically LPG filling systems is necessary. 3.Knowledge on International Codes NFPA 58/54,ASME Pressure Vessel Codes and practices is essential 4.Good analytical ability and trouble shooting skills. 5.Experienced in ISO management Systems. 6.Good interpersonal and communication skills are necessary
