Looking for a Maintenance Engineer to oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company\xe2\x80\x99s group facilities. Responsibilities:
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the buildings, warehouses, GBF and others.
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Check electrical, A/C, machinery, and hydraulic systems of buildings and manufacturing to ensure
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (Watchmen, maintenance, technician)
- Coordinate and supervise with the AMC maintenance companies.
- Conducting maintenance repairs on old or faulty fixtures.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Keep maintenance logs and reports on daily activities.
- Will handle 3-7 maintenance teams in each of the facilities
- Proven experience as maintenance engineer for 5 years
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, machinery, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- A degree from Industrial Engineer or facility management will be an advantage
