Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Maintenance Coordinator, who will be providing full support to the Project & Maintenance department with our group project activities and all associated maintenance matters.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Preferably 3 years of Experience within Restaurants and F&B industry in UAE
• Basic understanding of kitchen/restaurant repair and maintenance works.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the hospitality industry.
• Hands-on experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Emails.
• Strong communication, analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to take initiative and multitasking

Main Job Scope

• Keep a track of projects progress reports in terms of each project's workflow, progress, and completion deadlines.
• Assist line manager in project budget monitoring and control by project progress analysis.
• Act as an initial point of contact for the vendors and project related requirements and matters.
• Assist in vendor management by providing support for communication and paperwork.
• Make periodic project progress reports for the line manager.
• Provide administrative support to the project maintenance team for all paperwork, including timesheets, HR requests correspondence, compliance trainings, and other project requirements.
