Maintenance Coordinator Transport company

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery. Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and repairs to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide technical support for operators and technicians. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts inventory. Communicate with various departments to plan and execute maintenance tasks efficiently. Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations in the workplace. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source necessary materials and equipment. Manage and lead a team of technicians, operators, or other maintenance staff, as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Must have prior experience as a mechanic, technician, or operator with hands-on expertise in machinery maintenance. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
