Summary The Machinist position requires skills developed through formal training or work experience, high attention to detail and safety. You will work within established procedures and guidelines with limited ability to modify approach and must complete assigned tasks with a moderate degree of supervision. Job Responsibilities Perform work in compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality expectations while supporting a production schedule. Execute daily priorities and duties as defined by the supervisor or area lead. Set up and operate CNC machines (large mill/large HBM) to produce products that meet required specifications. Complete required documentation with accurate information. Inspect and ensure all dimensions are within print specifications and report any non-conformities. The employee must regularly lift, push, pull and/or move up to 30 lbs and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to apply basic written and verbal communication skills. Ability to apply concepts of basic math and basic PC skills. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, work orders and drawings. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to meet consistent attendance. Ability to work, focus and thrive in a very fast paced and noisy work environment. The employee must be able to safely operate a forklift while loading or unloading production parts. Ability to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment. Demonstrate unwavering commitment to HMH Values, Compliance, Integrity and HSSE. Performs additional related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education Experience: 3+ years related CNC Machining experience. Desired Characteristics 8+ years of CNC machining preferably on large mills/HBM. Advanced understanding of CNC machine controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mazatrol, or equivalent. Advanced knowledge of cutting tools, processes, hand tools and measuring equipment. Working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Ability to calculate and set controls to regulate machining. Demonstrated ability to read engineering drawings and specifications. Read and interpret G-code programs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong oral and written communication skills.
