Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our dynamic team in the UAE. As a Machinist with us, you will operate various machines to fabricate precision parts used in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate a variety of machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machine setup, tooling, and materials needed.
• Monitor the machining process to ensure components meet specifications and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Machinist or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in operating manual and CNC machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Knowledge of metals and materials used in machining.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Vocational training or certification in machining or a related field.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Machinist: 3 years (Preferred)
