Pioneer Cement Industries is seeking an experienced

Machine Tool Operator

to join our team. If you have hands-on experience in machine operations and precision manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drilling machines. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Set up and calibrate tools for precision machining. Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues. Follow workplace safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements:

ITI or Technical Diploma in Machining/Fitting (or equivalent). Minimum

3 years of experience

in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Experience in

machine setup, tool calibration, and quality control

. Strong understanding of

safety protocols and preventive maintenance

.
