This position is responsible for operating and maintaining a range of machinery to produce high-quality components. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in operating machinery, possess mechanical aptitude, and demonstrate attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: . Operate a variety of production machinery across all departments (Fencing, Fabric, Coupler, Barshop) according to established procedures and instructions. This may include, but is not limited to, machines such as: o Chainlink Fence Machine o Barbed Wire Making Machine o Concertina Wire Making Machine (Bergandi) o OSCAM Cutting Machine o Sherline Cutting Machine o OSCAM Double Bender o E.V.G. Polybend o Peddinghaus Sigh Bar o OSCAM Banding o Crane Machine o Wire Drawing Machine o Vitari Machine o E.V.G. Mesh Machine o George Dean Machine . Sets up, calibrates, and maintains machinery for optimal performance. . Monitors machine performance, identifies issues, and performs routine maintenance. . Follows strict quality standards, inspects output, and minimizes product defects. . Prioritizes safety, wears PPE, maintains a clean work area, and reports safety concerns. . Collaborates with team members, communicates effectively, and shares knowledge. Qualifications . High school diploma or equivalent (minimum). . Steel (Fencing, Fabric, Coupler, Barshop) machinery operation (minimum 3 years). Skills: . Machine operation and troubleshooting. . Attention to detail. . Ability to follow instructions. . Teamwork.
