Tornatech FZE is seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and operating machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. The operator should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety standards, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. A collaborative team player, the operator should be able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Set up machines, including calibration and cleaning, to begin production cycles.
Adjust and control machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines for production.
Inspect parts using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct routine machine tests to ensure proper operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve any machine-related issues that arise during the shift.
Monitor machine output for potential defects or deviations from specifications.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to support production needs.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of high-speed machinery and precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
Strong understanding of production procedures and machine operations.
Adherence to health and safety regulations, including the consistent use of protective gear.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Physical stamina and strength to handle machinery and manual tasks.
