Job Description
We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer for a cutting-edge AI startup based in Dubai. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that power innovative solutions. You will collaborate with a team of AI experts, data scientists, and software engineers to create scalable and robust systems that drive the mission.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
- Work with large datasets to train, evaluate, and optimize models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into our platform.
- Develop and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.
- Conduct experiments to validate model performance and ensure robustness.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
