SharePoint, Intune, Windows365 and Security.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIESOrganizational Culture & Compliance
  • Project management experience implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Security using Active Directory, Azure Administration, and Microsoft 365 online groups.
  • Experience in the development of technical user documentation.
  • Basic scripting and development skills using PowerShell.
  • Demonstrated focus on customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Evidence of strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and effective oral and written communication/public relation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Manage Windows 365 Environment.

QualificationsQUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors Degree or any relevant field
  • 7+ years of progressive career experience inclusive of 5+ years management experience or 7+ years of progressive professional experience developed through an internal succession planning process
  • Previous experience in change management preferred
  • Certification and Licensure-AZ-900, AZ-103, or AZ-300
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector and ability to manage the delivery of tailored solutions in line with specific business requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to clearly convey information and instructions
  • Ability to apply systems thinking and approaches
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
