Job Description

:

Cabin preparation and detailing to a very high standard, setting tables, arranging flowers and cleaning all areas of the interior of the yacht. When guests or owners are on board you will serve food and drinks and looks after/ assist every needs of the guest on board. Maintain the interior cleaning and maintenance. Maintaining inventory levels of food and drinks, including ordering new supplies as needed Liaison with guests and service - meals and bartending Orchestrating guest activities Boat stowage for sea Assisting with lines and fenders on decks. Providing first aid and medical assistance to guests as needed Taking inventory of all food and beverage supplies on board the yacht at the start of each charter trip, and restocking supplies as needed throughout the trip. Helping with deck work including cleaning and polishing surfaces, scrubbing the hull, or organizing storage areas. Participating in safety drills, lifeboat training, and other emergency procedures. Greeting guests upon arrival and departure, as well as during social events onboard the yacht.
Qualifications:

Previously Hospitality experience is needed. STCW certificate is required. With pleasing personality. Service orientated, energetic and a team player. Discretion, attention to detail, the ability to anticipate guest's needs and adapt to all types of situations. Good communication and people skills and be able to deliver superb service with a smile. Should have great team spirit and be somebody who can keep calm in stressful situations.
