Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Luxury Travel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling bespoke luxury travel experiences and will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional, personalized travel services to high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote luxury travel packages, bespoke experiences, and exclusive services to high-net-worth clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, providing personalized service and ensuring their travel needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking, referrals, and industry partnerships.
• Work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences and tailor bespoke itineraries that align with their expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, luxury travel offerings, and new destinations to enhance the portfolio and provide clients with unique travel options.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by generating new leads, managing existing clients, and securing repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of travel services and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury travel sales, concierge services, or a related field, with a strong understanding of high-end travel offerings.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering results.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury travel destinations, accommodations, private jet charters, yacht rentals, exclusive tours, and high-end experiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to handle multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in luxury travel sales, with a proven track record in selling high-end travel experiences.
