Job Description

Sales and Marketing:
  • Experience in Luxury Sales.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract international buyers and investors.
  • Use various channels (online listings, social media, real estate portals) to market properties.
  • Organize and conduct property tours and virtual tours for international clients.
Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay updated on global real estate trends, market conditions, and competitive properties.
  • Conduct market analysis to determine property values and price points.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
Transaction Management:
  • Coordinate with legal teams, financial institutions, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms of sale or lease.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with local and international laws and regulations.
