: Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate

Company Overview: Our client, a prestigious luxury jewelry retailer with a strong presence in the UAE, is seeking passionate and experienced Sales Associates to join their teams in Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Position Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Luxury Jewelry Sales Associate to provide exceptional service in our client's high-end jewelry boutiques. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury jewelry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create memorable shopping experiences for discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized customer service, offering expert advice on our range of luxury jewelry pieces.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through relationship building techniques.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, including gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry-making techniques.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, fashion movements, and competitor offerings.
• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the store's premium appearance.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including proper documentation for high-value items.
• Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and security procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and high-performing sales environment.
• Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in luxury retail sales, preferably in fine jewelry or watches or fashion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
