Requirements:

Proven experience in

luxury real estate sales

or high-end property consultancy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in

English

and

at least one foreign language

(French, German, Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, etc.). Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work with HNWIs and ultra-HNWIs. Knowledge of real estate laws and market trends. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). Professional certifications in real estate (RERA, NAR, or equivalent) are a plus.
