SANDS is the leader of Luxury Personal Shopping Service in UAE. : As a Luxury Personal Shopper Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a high-end, personalized shopping experience to our most discerning clients. You will act as a fashion, style, and trend expert, working closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle. You will carefully select high-quality luxury items to meet the unique expectations and requirements of each client. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting high-end fashion and luxury items based on their preferences, style, and occasion requirements.
- Conduct research on latest fashion trends, designers, and luxury brands to stay informed and provide expert advice to clients.
- Manage client appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Coordinate with luxury boutiques, department stores, and fashion houses to source exclusive and sought-after items for clients.
- Provide personalized styling advice, including outfit coordination, accessories selection, and wardrobe planning tailored to each client\'s individual taste and lifestyle.
- Assist with wardrobe consultations, closet organization, and inventory management to optimize clients\' existing collections.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, preparing invoices, and maintaining client records with utmost confidentiality.
- Stay updated on luxury market developments, promotions, and special events to offer clients access to exclusive perks and privileges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for luxury fashion.
- Collaborate with other team members, including personal shoppers and stylists, to ensure consistent service delivery and exceed client expectations.
