We are looking for an
elegant and customer-focused Luxury Lounge Server
to provide ahigh-end hospitality experience
at ourprestigious real estate sales gallery
. The ideal candidate must be fluent inRussian and English
, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service to VIP clients.Key Responsibilities:
? Welcome and serve VIP clients in the luxury lounge with professionalism and warmth.
? Provide premium hospitality services, including serving beverages and refreshments.
? Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in the lounge area.
? Assist in creating a refined and comfortable atmosphere for clients.
? Coordinate with the sales and hospitality teams to ensure seamless service.
? Understand client preferences and provide a personalized experience.
? Handle any special requests or requirements with discretion and efficiency.
Requirements:
Fluent in Russian and English
(additional languages are a plus).Previous experience in
luxury hospitality, fine dining, airline first-class service, or high-end real estate lounges
preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance, etiquette, and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to anticipate guests' needs and provide an exceptional experience.
Flexible schedule, including weekends if required.
