Our client are seeking a Destination Marketing Manager to join their team. The role encompasses the strategic planning and execution of marketing activities across real estate leasing, resale, and food & beverage (F&B), ensuring alignment with the brand's luxury positioning and vision.The ideal candidate will drive engagement, enhance brand equity, and achieve measurable business outcomes by combining innovative marketing strategies with exceptional project management skills.Your Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy for Destinations, ensuring consistent brand positioning across leasing, resale, and F&B sectors.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with senior management to define marketing budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Brand Development & Awareness:
Elevate the luxury identity of our clients Destinations by creating tailored campaigns that reflect the unique essence of each property or offering.
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, digital content, and collateral that highlight the distinctive value propositions of each project.
Work closely with internal creative and brand department and to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
3. Leasing & Resale Marketing:
Strategize and execute targeted marketing campaigns for real estate leasing and resale, driving lead generation and conversions (B2C and B2B).
Develop innovative tools (e.g., virtual tours, brochures, experiential campaigns) to attract high-net-worth clients and investors.
Monitor and report on sales and leasing performance to assess marketing effectiveness.
4. Food & Beverage Marketing:
Collaborate with F&B stakeholders to promote exclusive dining concepts and experiences within our clients properties.
Design and implement F&B campaigns that appeal to luxury clientele and support restaurant revenue goals.
Foster partnerships with renowned chefs, influencers, and event organizers to enhance brand visibility.
5. Event Management & Partnerships:
Lead the marketing efforts for destination-focused events, including launch campaigns, private dinners, and exclusive experiences.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry partners, influencers, and sponsors to elevate our clients market presence.
Oversee event collateral, guest lists, and promotional activities to ensure seamless execution and optimal impact.
6. Digital Marketing & Analytics:
Manage the digital presence of our clients Destinations, including websites, social media channels, and paid advertising campaigns.
Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on the latest marketing technologies and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal departments, including sales, leasing, design, and hospitality teams.
Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders and partners involved in marketing related activities.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury marketing, with a proven track record in real estate, hospitality, F&B, or destination management.
Strong understanding of luxury branding, digital marketing, and consumer behavior in high-net-worth markets.
Excellent project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
