Job Summary:
The LTV Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and service of light transport vehicles, ensuring their reliability and safety. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and performing mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of vehicles used in the company's fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on light transport vehicles (cars, vans, light trucks, etc.)
• Inspect vehicle systems such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems for functionality and safety.
• Conduct routine services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, and fluid level inspections.
• Replace or repair parts such as engines, transmissions, exhaust systems, brakes, and electrical components.
• Test vehicles after repairs to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any major issues or parts that need to be replaced.
• Manage the inventory of parts and tools and order new parts when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven 4-6 years of experience as a LTV Mechanic or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engine mechanics, electrical systems, and transmissions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and parts.
• Certification or technical training in vehicle maintenance or automotive technology (preferred).
