Job description\xe2\x80\x8bWe are hiring a Loyalty Product Manager to join one of the biggest FinTechs worldwide, this role is based in Dubai.Our client have been aggressively growing following continuous success in growing their portfolio of clients. We are now seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Drive product launches, working with cross-functional teams and other Product Management team members.You will predominantly look after loyalty, retention and several FinTech Products they have on offer.Analyse data from various sources to generate insights and make informed product decisions.Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and threats.Requirements:4+ years of experience in Product Management, working in a B2C role. B2B experience is NOT relevant for this role.Experience creating or enhancing a loyalty vertical within a B2C product and driving retention for a company; this is the biggest requirement.Experience working in partnership with 3rd party software vendors.An interest OR experience working on Trading Products.
