Our brands include Bloomingdales, Harvey Nichols and Armani to name just a few!About The RoleWe are looking to hire a Loyalty Executive for our Amber Loyalty program for AlTayer InsigniaWhat You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing\xc2\xb7 Responsible for end-to-end loyalty program management\xc2\xb7 Responsible for UI and UX journeys\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Campaign management\xc2\xb7 Work closely with data team for Campaign performance analysis and reporting.\xc2\xb7 Drive Digital experience online on all Ecommerce portals and Apps.\xc2\xb7 Support in designing engaging content for digital channels.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Creative designs and content development\xc2\xb7 Building and managing customer journeys both in store and on digital platforms\xc2\xb7 Support in the Launch of new loyalty program initiatives and program enhancements.\xc2\xb7 Promote Loyalty program across all touch points.\xc2\xb7 Draft Processes and implement and manage for smooth function of the loyalty program.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with stores for loyalty program promotion and train store staff.\xc2\xb7 Manage Budget and accounting.\xc2\xb7 Manage social media activities for the program.\xc2\xb7 Vendor managementStakeholder managementAbout YouExperience:\xc2\xb7 Working in Retail environment\xc2\xb7 Digital platforms specially on Apps and Ecommerce portals\xc2\xb7 UI/UX experience\xc2\xb7 Experience in launching / managing loyalty / CRM programs.\xc2\xb7 Campaign Management experience.\xc2\xb7 Experience working with CMS tools.\xc2\xb7 CRM experience - Experience in deploying Email / SMS / Whats app / Push and In-App communications.\xc2\xb7 Social Media experience\xc2\xb7 Process design experience.\xc2\xb7 Store operations experience preferrable.Skills:\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in using CMS tools for managing content such as Contentful.\xc2\xb7 CRM tools skillset for deploying Email / SMS / Whats app / Push / In-App on Salesforce marketing platform.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Excel and Power point skill a must\xc2\xb7 Fluency in English\xc2\xb7 Arabic language preferrable\xc2\xb7 Data mining skills\xc2\xb7 Google Analytics skillAdditional Information
