The Loss Prevention Officer plays a crucial role within Noon, providing efficient and effective security for people, buildings, equipment, inventory, data, and intellectual property. Reporting to the Security & Loss Prevention Supervisor, the Loss Prevention Officer supports both the Operational team and cross-functional teams across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Security Reception: Manage visitor registration, issue badges, handle personal belongings, monitor staff after-hours, and prevent unauthorized entry and exit.
• Primary Security Screening: Monitor employee and contractor exit through metal detectors, report unauthorized objects, and ensure cleanliness of the security area.
• High-Value Cage: Monitor and track inventory, prevent unauthorized access, and conduct employee searches.
• Patrol: Conduct regular foot patrols, ensure safety and security, and report abnormalities.
• Control Room: Monitor CCTV, conduct investigations, maintain confidentiality, and limit access to authorized personnel.
• Inbound/Outbound Gate: Verify vehicle appointments, ensure safety compliance, manage dock operations, and control entry and exit.
• Trucks Entrance/Egress Gate: Authorize and log vehicle entries, check identifications, and enforce safety regulations.
• Deliveries/Couriers: Manage courier tokens, control queue movements, perform random security checks, and log courier information.

Additional Duties:

• Onboarding and training of new security guards.
• Shift arrangement and incident reporting.
• Alarm monitoring and intervention.
• Key management and handling.
• Support during incidents and evacuations.
• Ensuring proper uniform is worn by all guards.
• Recording lost and found items.
• Frisking employees and contractors as needed.
• Compliance with all security and safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 per month

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:
