Conducts internal inquiries involving incidents of pilferage, fraud, waste, abuse, misconduct, accidents, and other issues as determined by the Area Loss Prevention (LP) Manager. Conducts interviews, obtains written statements, prepares relevant case reports/files, and coordinates with police/courts on theft prosecutions. Conducts and/or supervises Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), environmental, and loss prevention (LP) inspections/surveys. May be required to manage or assist in managing the Exchange Information and Personnel Security Program.

Major Duties Conducts investigations including, but not limited to, theft, fraud, workplace violence, etc. Conducts Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), environmental, and loss prevention (LP) inspections/surveys/systems management. Liaises with command, law enforcement, legal, and Exchange management on loss prevention (LP) activities. Provides training to associates including, but not limited to, new hires, profit protection, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), internal controls, etc. Oversees equipment management including, but not limited to, closed circuit television (CCTV) systems, electronic article surveillance (EAS), safety products, vehicles, etc. Performs other duties as assigned.
