We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Logistics Supervisor

to oversee and manage our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments. Manage warehouse activities, inventory control, and stock movements. Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and optimize transportation costs and delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations, import/export laws, and company policies. Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or documentation. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and logistics expenses. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Work closely with sales, procurement, and customer service teams to align logistics with business needs. Ensure proper documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a trading company. Strong knowledge of UAE import/export regulations, customs clearance procedures, and international shipping. Proficiency in logistics management software and ERP systems. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with freight forwarding, warehousing, and inventory control.
