KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Weekly & Monthly planning for all outbound deliveries
• Improve quality standard of packaging and deliveries.
• Expedite packaging and improve documentation and tracking, ensure maximum usage of the wrapping robots to reduce the packing time.
• Ensuring optimum usage of bays for smooth operations.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly shipping metrics.
• Provide timely reports for all outbound activities.
• Delivery note preparation for all door group dispatch and comparison of notes with released order.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports/exports, customer issues.
• Trailer planning & liaise for vehicle booking.
• Ensuring packaging and labeling standards are attained as per client / company requirements.
• Follow up issues with the different departments (purchase, engineering, production, logistics) and make sure delivery schedule is arranged on time.
• Pallet calculation for each sales order and consolidating it for optimum trailer occupancy.
• Manpower planning & shift planning for packing-dispatch team as per priority deliveries and peak deliveries schedules.
• Dealing with any complaints or queries that may occur after the product has finally been delivered.
• Preparation shipping docs for Door group.
• Maintain all documentation & Records related FG.
• Advance preparation of the door group accessories based on sales order wise/Shipment wise ensuring the picking through WMS.
• Monitoring and update the inventory availability of Finished goods.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain
• Experience in outbound logistics.
• Experience in Warehousing
• Knowledge of Microsoft office / ERP (EXCEL & ERP)
• Preferably past work experience with Third Party Logistics Companies
