Keep Track Record of Assets & Equipment, Manpower, Safety apparel, Shoes, Uniforms etc.
Daily Inspections - Loading Bay Areas - Service Lift - Lobbies - Shipments Queries / Staff Handlings, Receipt and Dispatches - QHSE Standard with ICDBP Rules and Regulations etc.
Assets & Equipment Reports Submission - Laptops / Desktops, Printers, Tablets, Pump Truck Trolleys, Manual Trolleys, Walkie Talkie, etc. through. Moment Register monitoring daily.
Customer Service Orientation - Coordinating ICDBP Management, Tenants, Contractors, Suppliers, Drivers, Workmanships at Site.
DMS & TMS Track Data - Solving Discrepancies related to Driver / Incharge Acknowledgement with Valid ID - Communicating DIFC, ICDBP, CLT, Truck Tunnel Security, Parking, Mall Management, Master Community as and when applicable. RDS / RTTE Documents Approvals
Following Organization Rules and Regulations, Responsible Work, Punctuality, Customer Service, Resolving Conflicts / Complications etc.
Preparation of Employees, Vacation Roster, Applicable Revisions & submission to Management for Approvals.
Proper Training to Sub-Ordinates: Dispatcher / Attendant under Revised / New / Existing Rules & Regulations - Monitoring Attendance Sheet of Loading Bay, requesting Staff to assign duties and complete task.
SOP Guidelines / Reconciliation / HR Policies / KPIs / Petty Cash, training the staff and Sub-Ordinates to work in compliance with ICDBP SOP Guidelines
Management Report: Assigned Tasks Reports promptly as directed by the Management. Follow-up on all activities as assigned.
Punctuality, Teamwork, Work ethics, QHSE & Integrity: Attending Timely Schedule Meetings, Liaison with the Staff for discussions and solving queries
Maintaining Good Customer Relationship. Timely Reporting, Performance Reporting etc.
Assisting Stock Checking of Pump Truck Trolleys, Manual Trolleys Tablets, Walkie Talkie etc.
Proper Training to Attendantant under revised / New / Existing Rules and Regulations - Monitoring Attedant Manual Entries of Loading Bay operations
Loading Bay Incidents / adverse Reports, Customer Services Tickets related to Damages / Non-Operational Equipment/ Assets etc.
Ensure proper handover takes place at the completion of each shift
