Job Description
Job SummaryWe require someone who is immediately available to start a new project. Were looking for a Logistics Specialist for an international Exhibition project in Dubai.
- Arrange & manage the Staff/workers welfare facilities.
- Take care of waste management.
- Needs to coordinate with the customs clearing agent & transport company in case of overseas shipments.
- Provide all the Logistics support to the execution team for the completion of project on time.
- Achieve all targets given by the Project Manger related to the execution of project.
- Coordinate with HSE team for the compliance of their requirements.
- Coordinate with all sub-contractors & supplier in terms of their deliverie
- Manage the operation of the issuance of Permanent, Visitors & Delivery Passes.
- Previous experience working with museography/exhitibion and immersive media atmosphere projects will be an asset.
- Communication & coordination skills.
- Able to handle all mobilization & de-mobilization of site related stuff.
- Capacity to meet deadlines.
- 5 year of experience in construction projects.
- Familiar with EXPO rules is very welcome.
- Fluent in English (C1 level). Knowledge arabic will be highly valued.
