EQ Lines Cargo LLC, a fast-growing freight forwarding company, is looking for an experienced

Logistics Sales Executive

to drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in freight forwarding sales and an existing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities. Identify and approach potential customers to offer freight forwarding solutions (Air, Sea, and Land). Achieve sales targets by promoting our logistics services, including FCL/LCL, air freight, customs clearance, and warehousing. Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and carriers to secure profitable deals. Provide tailored solutions to meet customer shipping requirements. Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding sales

with a strong client base. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business development. In-depth knowledge of international freight forwarding, shipping procedures, and Incoterms. Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. A valid UAE driving license (preferred).
