Purpose of the JobThe Logistics Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical warehouse, ensuring the efficient and compliant management of inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics processes. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience 5-8 in logistics management, with a track record of success in optimizing operations and achieving cost savings.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Additional Requirements:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
