We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in logistics, with a strong understanding of supply chain management and inventory control. As a Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and efficient operations. You will work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes and minimize costs. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and efficient operations

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
• Implement and maintain logistics systems and procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
• Prepare and analyze logistics reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards
• Resolve any issues or delays in the logistics process, including transportation, customs, and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments in logistics and supply chain management

Preferred Candidate: * Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management

• Bachelor\'s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
