:
• Prepare all the required documents related to the shipment & customs.
• Handling all necessary paperwork associated with shipment and customs.
• Developing and performing all paperwork needed for the proper execution of the shipment and customs.
• Keeping an eye on shipment-related insurance and assessing the shipment invoices from time to time.
• Well known to prepare BOEX/BOEN (Customs documentations)
• Negotiating prices
• Submission of POs on weekly basis
• Monthly requirements of purchase material (sales forecast from salespeople)
• Storage of materials (checking warehouse from time to time)
• Scrap materials (for the damage and return items that supplier doesn't want to take back)
• Inventory in warehouse at least every 3 months to tally stocks
• Arranging Daily Deliveries
• Posting Sales Orders and Sales Invoices
• monitoring stock levels and overseeing the movement of incoming and outgoing goods
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in logistics in Welding/Trading companies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good management and organizational skills.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication along with excellent negotiation skills.
• A professional who is familiar with all the legal obligations and ISO requirements.
• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and international trade practices.
• Strong logistical planning and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
