Logistics Officer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with carriers and vendors
• Prepare accurate shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
• Track and monitor shipments, resolving any transportation issues promptly
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams
• Experience with all types of customs clearing processes for UAE ports
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role in UAE
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
