We are now looking for a

Logistics Manager

who can take full control of our global shipping operations, ensure seamless delivery of models, and uphold the reputation for excellence we've built over the years.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage End-to-End Logistics Operations:

Oversee domestic and international logistics, to make sure the items are delivered on time and in perfect condition.

Coordinate with Third Parties:

Build and maintain strong working relationships with freight forwarders, couriers, customs brokers, and transport companies.

Shipping Documentation & Compliance:

Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and ensure full compliance with customs regulations in both the UAE and recipient countries.

Freight Strategy & Cost Control:

Negotiate shipping rates and terms with vendors.

Risk Management:

Implement packaging standards and handling protocols to reduce transit damages.

Cross-Departmental Coordination:

Work closely with production and project teams to align shipping timelines.

Inventory & Logistics Reporting:

Track all shipments and prepare regular logistics performance reports.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Experience in managing a team (drivers, coordinators, etc.)

Warehouse Management:

Oversee the storage and movement of goods within the warehouse. Ensure proper inventory control and efficient space utilization.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' proven experience in logistics, preferably in manufacturing, high-value goods, or international shipping. Bachelor's degree is a must. A specialized degree in logistics will be considered an added advantage. In-depth understanding of

UAE and international logistics

, including customs regulations and freight handling. Experience in managing logistics for

fragile or oversized goods

. Proficient in logistics software, ERP systems, shipping portals and MS Office,

ODOO

software

knowledge is a plus, Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. UAE Driving License preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
