We are looking for Logistics Manager for our Medical Company. Roles: Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation and distribution processes. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock levels at all times. Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations. Supervise and train logistics staff to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with vendors and other departments to streamline logistics processes and improve overall efficiency. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective logistics solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in the steel manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in logistics software specially SAP and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
