Talent Maximize Consulting is hiring for a talented Logistics Manager (perfumes/Cosmetics) for it\'s client which is a perfume company based in Sharjah. Responsibilities:
- Logistics Department Monitoring and handling with all responsibility.
- Handling all Import and export shipments (Sea, Air & Local) of Group of Companies (Include EXIT entry W/Customs Invoice Export Delivery Order excludes other misc.) Customs documentation.
- DG Certification + documentation for all Export shipment. (By SEA and Air).
- GCC Shipment Handling with Border clearance and Destination Clearance.
- Import (logistics) Clearance through Dubai Customs through E-Mirsal documentation.
- Coordination with Purchase team for Import documentation
- Preparing Export Customs invoice with export Sharjah sea port online documentation.
- Prepare deposit claim document through Mirsall system and arrange to Dubai customs for submission.
- Coordination with shipping agent / transporter on each shipment for all documentation and container depositing to port without any issue.
- Updating vessel schedules.
- Prepare Exit/Entry certificate for import & export shipments.
- Prepare Duty charges report for all export local delivery.
- Monitor Sharjah customs online account.
- Prepare Makasa Bill for GCC shipments.
- Prepare monthly wise & yearly wise report about Sharjah customs & Dubai customs deposit refunds.
- Prepare certificate of origin for raw materials for outside free zone shipments.
- Documentation for raw materials wastage disposal through saif zone customs.
- Prepare & submit documents to get approval for IMCO cargo approval from liner.
- Excellent in Excel document for prepare customs reports.
- Coordinate with Transporter for import Container delivery & customer nominated shipping agent and preparing all documentation upon sales confirmation.
- GCC return shipment approvals for final documentation, deposit refund.
- GCC Border issues approvals and payments and handling with drivers.
- Dubai and Sharjah customs deposit refund files approvals. Monitor Sharjah and Dubai customs online account.
- Minimum 8-10 year experience in Manufacturing industry ( Perfume / Cosmetics).
- Preferred candidate who had worked in ISO/GMP certified company.
- Bachelors/Masters or other related degree Commerce.
- Well versed with IT Skills (Good MS office knowledge is must).
- Strong ability to work on multiple tasks or assignments.
- Good communication skills.
