Oversee and manage overall parts logistics, vehicle logistics operations, and freight & carriage activities for Mercedes Benz Cars and parts to ensure operations are in line with the set guideline. Contribute to the overall cost efficiency/target of the company and maintain the accuracy of stock take. Drive the team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and achieve high level of customer service as per set Company standards. Provide guidance and support to the warehouse team in the daily operations to ensure parts and vehicles stored in the facilities are protected and well maintained till they are ready for customer delivery. Oversee parts ordering function ensuring optimal stock levels.
Experience Required
8-9 years of minimum experience in logistics/warehousing department within automotive industry out of which 3-4 years of experience on a supervisory level is required.
Qualification Required
Diploma in Business, Engineering or equivalent
