SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
This position is part of our MEIA Graduate Program, which is tailor-made for talents new to the job market. As a Logistics Executive, you will Manage an assigned area or team by planning, organizing, and follow up warehouse and logistics activities to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operation in accordance with HSEQ requirements and service targets.



This position reports to the Logistics Manager and will be based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Responsibilities:• Monitor transport delivery performance and optimize transport cost.
• Execute the shipments from production to the end-user
• Planning and organizing good receipts and inventory management by controlling and monitoring batch numbers, Certificate of Analysis, Safe storage of goods, Counting and distribution.
• Handle storage and transportation of in- and /or outbound raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage warehouse and logistics personnel by ensuring that the tasks in their areas are executed as planned in an efficient way and with the right quality.
• Execute procedures and guidelines in compliance with local laws and regulations and Jotun's HSEQ "Health, Safety, Environment & Quality" Management system.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
We are looking for a candidate who:• Emirati national as part of the Emiratization Program (Government Initiative).
• Graduates with up to 3 years of experience in Logistics.
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in any relevant field.
• Good verbal and written communication in English language.
