Role OverviewWe are currently seeking a motivated and highly organized Logistics Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes, from order placement to the distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will ensure effective communication among departments and maintain accurate documentation, contributing to our aim of providing the highest level of customer service.Responsibilities

• Handle internal and external customer inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
• Process departmental requests, generate purchase orders, and manage records in MS Dynamics.
• Coordinate with suppliers, track shipments, and communicate status updates to relevant departments.
• Verify received goods against orders and oversee the creation of Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
• Maintain meticulous records of all paperwork involved in the logistics process.
• Support the team during quarterly and yearly stock takes, as well as with the transfer of goods between branches.
• Engage in the company's performance appraisal process as directed by the Finance & Admin Manager.

Requirements for the Role

• Proven experience in logistics or a similar field, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics and other logistics software.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
