- Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
- Transport Services (delivery of goods/transportation of employees)
- Arrange theschedule of drivers, and deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
- Expidites all critical orders and obtain information from sales team.
- Shipping and customs clearance services (DHL or any courier/customs)
- Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
- Oversees vehicles
- Continually reviews freight costs and transportation rates to keep costs down where possible
- Streamlines shipping and transportation processes
- Maintenance of company cards with workshops and follow-up of accidents (God forbid, if any) and rental companies for any requirement
- Arrange drivers for drop and pick up of employees
- Facilitate vehicles during registration renewals.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational Skills
- Time Management
- Knowledgeable in Accounting System
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and working to tight deadlines
- Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and result-driven
- English Language proficiency
- Degree Holder
- 2+ years of experience as Logistics Executive
- Preferably with Driving License
- Must know about Customs Duties
- Logistics Executive: 2 years (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Required)
