•Key Responsibilities •

Logistics Planning:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficient movement of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to optimize supply chain operations.

Transportation Coordination:

• Oversee transportation activities, including scheduling and routing of deliveries.
• Negotiate contracts with transportation providers to secure cost-effective services

Shipping Coordination:

• Oversee the coordination of shipments from origin to destination.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.

Carrier Management:

• Establish and maintain relationships with shipping lines and freight forwarders.

Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers to optimize costs.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Ensure all shipping documents are accurately prepared and maintained.
• Comply with local and international regulations related to logistics and shipping.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of logistics operations.
• Implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Customer Service:

• Address and resolve any issues related to logistics and delivery.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and warehouse management.
• Provide support and guidance to junior logistics staff.
• Significant knowledge in Shipping line business

•Qualifications •

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in Logistics and Shipping line: 2 years

•Preferred but not Required •

• Experience in international shipping and customs regulations.
• Lady Candidates.
• Can start Immediately
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work ( Ajman )

• Pay: AED4,000.00 per month ( Depending on Work Background )
