Job Description

• Delivery of Orders:
• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders to customers.
• Obtain signed and stamped invoices from customers upon each delivery.
• Stock Handling:
• Handle and manage stock carefully during loading and offloading to avoid damage or loss.
• Assist the driver helper in offloading stock to the customer.
• Verify the quantity and quality of stock during each delivery.
• Customer Relations:
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers to uphold the company's reputation.
• Address customer concerns during deliveries and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Company Assets Maintenance:
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of the assigned delivery van, sales devices, and printer.
• Report any issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
• Cash Handling:
• Collect cash from customers when required and ensure daily submission to the finance (cashier) department.
• Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and receipts.
• Relief Trailer Driving:
• Drive the trailer for deliveries as a relief driver when assigned.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines for trailer operations.
• Documentation and Compliance:
• Ensure all delivery-related paperwork is accurate, signed, stamped, and submitted on time.
• Comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.
• Support in Offloading:
• Actively assist the driver helper in offloading stock at customer locations.
• Ensure stock is offloaded safely and securely to prevent damage.
• General Duties:
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure roadworthiness.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working condition.

Support other logistics-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Trailer Driver: 3 years (Required)
