Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Director in Dubai to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all logistical aspects for large-scale events. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional experiences for clients and attendees.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans for events, including transportation, venue logistics, and on-site coordination.
- Lead and manage on-site logistics teams, overseeing event setups, staff logistics, and venue arrangements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to align logistics strategies with event goals.
- Oversee transportation and venue logistics, including vehicle scheduling, load-in/load-out, and participant management.
- Handle budgeting, financial tracking, and commercial negotiations.
- Minimum of 10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in high-level international logistics, particularly for events such as conferences or public events.
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
