: Review and approve contractors logistic plans for personnel and materials transportation in order to ensure smooth and safe deliveries.
Identifies, documents and resolves any interface issues relating to EPC Contractors\' Logistics
Management Systems to ensure compliance to company laws and regulations
Attend and participate at contractors\' yards all related meetings to ensure alignment and coherence.
Evaluate EPC Contractors Logistics Management Systems and ensure all COMPANY requirements regarding LOGISTICS are met.
Monitor EPC Contractors performance against the requirements as stipulated in the contract
Resolve any issues relating to material movement, inventory, warehousing, personnel, transportation, delivery schedules and marine movements for each EPC Contractors.
Provide information relating to the Logistics Management of the EPC Contractors through reporting systems.
Ensure that the EPC Contractor\'s program to deliver materials to SITE will meet the project schedule requirements.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the progress of material deliveries, plant and equipment status, POB of the EPC Contractors.
Ensure that the EPC Contractor\'s methods of moving materials around the islands, storage, and systems used for issuing and receiving, meet the project requirements.
Provide advice and assistance to the EPC Contractors on methods for optimizing their LOGISTICS Management Systems.
Works with general poltcies and programs specific to the projects\' logistics interface requirements. Work in accordance with Company\'s policies, procedures, objectives and guidelines.
Responsible for establishing and ensuring implementation of relevant interface documentation and procedures
