The Role
Job purpose \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitates communication between production, sales and distribution stages to promote a healthy and efficient supply chain. Duties and responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Capacity planning : Assuring that the needed resources (manufacturing capacity ,distribution center capacity ,transportation vehicles ) will be available at the right time and place to meet the logistics and supply chain needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Order processing \xe2\x80\xa2 Production Scheduling and time management \xe2\x80\xa2 Inventory management and Optimization Job requires travel to warehouse \xe2\x80\xa2 Material replenishment planning \xe2\x80\xa2 Logistics ,Warehousing and Distribution \xe2\x80\xa2 Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviewing purchase orders and preparing shipping documents to ensure accuracy \xe2\x80\xa2 Making special shipping arrangements as necessary \xe2\x80\xa2 Tracking and fixing shipping errors \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring that Packaging, handling and labeling are as per customer requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and track the shipments \xe2\x80\xa2 Supplier selection and cost control \xe2\x80\xa2 Risk Assessment \xe2\x80\xa2 Comply with laws regulations and ISO requirementsRequirements

• Education : Minimum graduate (Preferred in supply chain ,ISO 9001 certification) \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective communication ,including writing ,speaking and interpersonal communication in English \xe2\x80\xa2 Quick critical thinking and problem solving abilities and conflict management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good collaboration and team work abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to use compute software and other technology for inventory and communication purpose \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 4 years experience in chemical field(preferred) with understanding of logistics terminology \xe2\x80\xa2 Self motivational and self directed learning \xe2\x80\xa2 Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)
