: Logistics Coordinator (Last Mile Delivery)

Position Overview:

Mister Baker is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our last-mile delivery operations in Dubai Investments Park (DIP), Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Route Planning and Optimization:

• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Utilize routing software and GPS systems to enhance delivery efficiency.

Delivery Coordination:

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules and dispatch drivers accordingly.
• Monitor and track deliveries, ensuring they are completed on time and in compliance with company standards.

Communication and Customer Service:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery drivers and customers.
• Address and resolve any delivery-related issues or customer complaints promptly.

Inventory Management:

• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely loading and unloading of goods.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery receipts, route logs, and driver reports.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on delivery performance, issues, and improvements.

Compliance and Safety :

• Ensure all delivery operations comply with company policies and local
• regulations.
• Conduct regular safety checks and training sessions for delivery drivers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or last-mile delivery coordination.
• Experience in the Dubai logistics market is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., routing software, GPS systems).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Last mile delivery coordination: 2 years (Preferred)
• GPS Navigation: 2 years (Preferred)
