In this fast-paced role, youll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and finished goods within our manufacturing operations. Youll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including coordinating transportation, managing inventory, and ensuring on-time deliveries.Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate and manage all aspects of the internal and external supply chain, ensuring timely movement of raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, implement effective stock control procedures, and minimize storage costs.
• Transportation Management: Organize and manage the transportation of goods, including scheduling deliveries, selecting carriers, and negotiating rates.
• Customs Clearance (if applicable): Oversee the customs clearance process for imported and exported goods, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Warehouse Operations Support: Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
• Production Support: Provide logistical support to production processes, ensuring timely availability of materials and components.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics documentation, and prepare reports on inventory levels, delivery schedules, and other key metrics.
• Quality Assurance: Contribute to quality assurance efforts by ensuring proper handling and storage of materials and products.

Youre an Ideal Fit if You Have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify and address potential logistical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments within the organization.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a strong asset.
