•We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, particularly within the• •FMCG sector , and will be responsible for overseeing fleet coordination, route planning, and ensuring timely deliveries to supermarkets, restaurants, malls, and hypermarkets.•

•Key Responsibilities: •

• •Manage the coordination of a fleet of 30 vehicles, including 2-ton, 10-ton, and 1-ton trucks.•
• •Plan, manage, and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient transportation.•
• •Oversee the transportation and delivery schedules to meet the needs of supermarkets, restaurants, malls, and hypermarkets.•
• •Ensure compliance with all delivery timelines, considering specific time requirements for various FMCG deliveries.•
• •Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock management and proper documentation for deliveries.•
• •Supervise and manage delivery drivers and logistics staff, ensuring proper vehicle maintenance and safe operations.•
• •Monitor vehicle performance and report any issues or maintenance needs.•
• •Ensure the safety and compliance of all logistics operations with health and safety regulations.•
• •Analyze logistics performance metrics and suggest improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.•

•Requirements: •

• •3-5 years of UAE experience in logistics coordination, preferably in the FMCG sector.•
• •Proven experience managing a fleet of 30 vehicles, including 2-ton, 10-ton, and 1-ton trucks.•
• •Knowledge of delivery routes, timings, and regulations within supermarkets, restaurants, malls, and hypermarkets.•
• •Familiarity with the challenges of FMCG logistics, including fast-paced delivery schedules and high product turnover.•
• •Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of drivers and logistics staff.•
• •Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.•
• •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.•
• •Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.•
